It is powered by SkillsPass, a trusted training delivery platform developed by Canadian provider Bluedrop ISM, and offers a secure way to access training and manage certificates. The portal provides flexible, accessible learning that can be completed anytime, anywhere to support ongoing skills development.
For employers, the portal makes it easy to assign training, track employee progress, and support workplace accessibility and inclusion goals. For workers it provides flexible learning opportunities to build in-demand skills, enhance resumes, and earn certificates that demonstrate their knowledge and commitment to inclusive practices.
The portal currently features a series of accessibility and inclusion webinars, designed to build awareness and practical skills for creating more inclusive workplaces.
Users also have access to a wide range of other valuable, no-cost skills training available through the portal, covering topics that support workplace success and professional development.
